General

As part of our Shuken Manifesto, privacy management is hard coded into our values. We do not sell or rent your any information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We have a no logs policy by design which simply means that we do not keep usage logs.

Logs level used is “error” on al environments and even those never touch disk. When you access the Shuken Console, your remote IP address is hashed preventing anyone to connect the dots between user behaviour and user location.

On the Node Dashboard, your activity is stored in your browser´s local storage that we cannot access in any way. The web server does not log any usage. We do not even have ssh access to the node itself, reducing any possible attack surface.

We will only ask what is required to offer the services contracted, and in most cases, the usage of personal data, such as email address, will be opt-in to be able to offer you some of the services we will be offering (alerts) or simply used to be able to access your account via our magic link functionality.

What do we use your information for?

• To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive).

• To track certain information for general analytics purposes, such as number of visits or demographics, but remember that we first anonimyze data prior usage.
